30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your ring or jewelry order, you may return it to Ringware within 30 days and we will give you a full credit towards another purchase or refund your money. Because class rings are custom-made, there is a $50 restocking fee for school class rings listed on the drop-down menu on our main page. For all Custom orders (other than the schools listed under the drop-down menu), there is a 20% fee for a returned item. Returned items must be in original condition and unused. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable. Jewelry items are also subject to same re-stocking fees.
Standard delivery time for our products is 4-6 weeks. We ship domestically via UPS. You may check the
status of your order at any time by visiting the Check Order Status
section of our website (you will need to enter your email address and
order number). We provide fully-insured 2-day mail within the
U.S. for $12 per order. You will need to have an adult signature to release the package. International orders are shipped via Fedex, UPS, USPS or DHL for $50 per order. For international shipments, you may be subject to additional charges for
customs clearance when your order package arrives in the destination
country. Depending on your country of destination, additional shipping fees may apply.
