 | | | I just wanted to say thank you very much for helping me out with the rings for our Soccer Team. All the girls are thrilled with them. This was the first year, out of 4 championships, that the team has gotten the rings before the banquet! So thank you very much for your efficiency, quality customer service, and the beautiful rings. | | | I am writing to express how pleased I am with my ringware ring, which I just received. It´s absolutely beautiful.
After being paranoid about ordering a ring online, I realized how silly that was, because I couldn’t have gotten a finer ring or better customer service anywhere else. I am particularly grateful because Tim was always so patient with me. He must have answered 20 questions and provided 12 different sketches. The customer service there is beyond amazing.
Here’s an example of the company’s solid service: When the ring was designed, except the antiquing, Tim called me. "We´re debating whether you should go ahead and antique the ring," he said, adding that antiquing is done at their offices. "I know you said you´d like it antiqued and we can still do it for you, but I think you should keep it as is, because the diamond stands out more. I am more than happy to send it to you, let you decide, and if you want it antiqued, we´ll happily do it for you."
When I got the ring without antiquing, I was so pleased he called. I could see how the antiquing would take away from the overall ring design.
The whole experience with ringware has been a real delight. After having problems with another ring company that didn´t respond to my requests and couldn´t do exactly what I asked, ringware was able to complete my order at a reasonable price and do so kindly and in only a month. I really couldn´t be happier.

| | | After we won NCAA´s in 2005, there was a much discussion on the team over the style of ring we should get. At first the captains said they wanted something BIG and flashy. After we thought about it, everyone agreed it was best to have something classy and dignified; we wanted something that could be worn on a daily basis. The ring was absolutely perfect.
Well, we won again this year, and, of course, the ring had to be different . . but still very cool. Thanks to everyone at ringware the 2006 ring will symbolize another specail team and terrific year.

| | | As I shopped around for a good quality, but affordable signet ring for the crew of USS CONSTITUTION, I began to think it would not happen. Then, I found Ringware. I gave them my design and they gave me a quote well within our range. Our representative at Ringware kept in close contact with us throughout the ordering, manufacturing, and delivery of our rings. I had sold our upper chain of command on the idea so much, that I grew nervous as the date of delivery grew nearer. When I received the rings, any lingering doubt or shred of fear was dispelled in a wave of gratitude and almost disbelief that we could get a high quality ring and excellent customer service for such a low price. Now, my supervisor is putting me in for a reward and I have the excellent quality of our rings from Ringware to thank for much of it. Thanks, ringware!

| | | Hey Tim, got the rings. We looked at a couple and so far they look amazing! I love the cute little box with the ribbon and the ring holder! Can´t wait to give them to the girls and see them excited. They´ve been looking forward to this since November! I will let you know if there are any problems, but I can´t imagine that there will be any.

| | | We gave the rings to the girls last Friday. How exciting! The girls are so impressed by the rings and are very proud to wear them and show them off to their peers or anybody else for that matter. Thought you would be interested in knowing how it all worked out. Our administration was very impressed by the rings as well.
